The Country Springs Hotel is a single asset Wisconsin limited liability company. The property was purchased in April 2004, obtained construction financing and completed the addition of the first suburban indoor water resort in February 2005. The 45,000 square foot water resort has met with outstanding reviews; similar to the observations that have been made on the existing hotel throughout the years.
The reason for the acquisition and addition of the water resort was to take a well established property and help increase occupancy and ADR which had been lacking in the past. Over the past 10 years, the hotel has undergone eight expansions. Private meeting space, elegant ballrooms, sleeping room additions, board rooms, whirlpool suites, outdoor public facilities, outdoor recreational facilities, the Executive Business Center, offices and the fitness center have all been created or redesigned to meet our guest’s ever changing needs.
